Prior to founding Gravitas Strategies, Chad served as TSA’s Deputy Executive Assistant Administrator for Operations Support responsible for providing innovative solutions and processes to protect U.S. transportation systems and the traveling public.
Chad has served in various intelligence, counterterrorism, planning and operational roles for the Department of Homeland Security since the Department’s creation in 2003. Prior to joining TSA’s Senior Leadership Team, Chad spent over 13 years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in several upper management positions.
